Tomorrow we will be doing our show what you know for 3D Shapes! Next week, we will be moving onto multiplication!
Earlier this week in science, we learned about how animal mothers meet their offspring's needs. Today, we learned all about animal mothers who abandon their babies and the reasons why they would do so. While sometimes it seemed a little bit harsh, we realized that the reasons for doing so were actually quite logical and reasonable! We also began to learn about different types of habitats and will be doing some research on those next week.
We wrote our story outlines today to come up with a logical sequence of events for the beginning, middle, and end of our stories. We did a practice run activity, using picture prompts to create a beginning, middle and end for someone else's story and the students did a fabulous job!
The first Flames game is this evening - Go Flames Go!
